Alexanders specialises in the conduct of farm dispersal sales for farmers throughout Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and adjoining counties. Our extensive mailing list and illustrated catalogues ensure a strong following of farmers and dealers at our sales.
In addition to our farm dispersal sales the firm conducts the annual St Ives Hay and Straw Sale in January of each year when produce stored on local farms is offered for sale by auction with buyers attending from all over England and Wales.
The annual Portholme Sale conducted in June of each year sees the standing hay crop on this 250 acre water meadow offered for sale a tradition which dates back over 240 years.
